For over 22 years 24 Carrots Bakery has been providing quality baked goods to many fine food establishments. We bake from scratch using simple, wholesome ingredients.
Family owned and operated, 24 Carrots Bakery began as a small food court outlet in Spring Garden Place and has proudly grown into a well established full service bakery located at 3200 Kempt Rd. in Halifax’s revitalized North End.
Our Bake Shop features a delicious selection of our fine breads, cakes, and sweet things. We look forward to serving you!
Owner Richard Boschel completed his Chef’s training in his native France – a country known for its love of bread! His expertise in the culinary arts, experience as an Executive Chef, and love of good food, have contributed to the success of 24 Carrots Bakery.
Richard’s partner Demita, a BBA graduate from Acadia University, joined the growing business in 2008, contributing 25 years of management experience.
Today they operate the business together, along with their son Tim and a dedicated team of professionally trained bakers, packagers, delivery drivers, and administrative staff.

We receive many requests, and regret that we are unable to support all calls for donations.
