PIZZA DOUGH

Our pizza dough can be ordered in 1 lb balls in white, whole wheat, herb, and multigrain.  When ready to use, allow dough to thaw at room temperature, and then let rise to double in volume.  It’s then ready to spread into desired shape and thickness.  Makes the equivalent of one large pizza crust.


PAR BAKED PIZZA SHELLS

For added convenience, we offer thin crust par baked pizza shells available in 7”, 10”, and 16” rounds, in white or herb.  Simply add your toppings and bake in 425 F oven for 10 minutes.
